Having been Manager for several years and a member of the Board of Directors in Spanish and German companies supplying the automotive industry and manufacturing installations and machinery, I have gained wide experience in local business practices and their specific characteristics.
Thanks to my technical knowledge and experience of business management in the sector of manufacture of industrial installations, in countries such as Argentina, Venezuela and Mexico, I have participated in the management of projects in the front line, from their beginnings to their introduction and the subsequent launch of production.
As factory manager, I have acquired knowledge of modern production and manufacturing techniques (Lean Manufacturing).
Furthermore, I have experience in the development and establishment of production plants, I have successfully participated in the first pilot programme in the automotive sector. Measures for reorganisation, restructuring, moving production plants, as well as in-depth knowledge of ‘Change management’, complete the range of my professional experience.
