Our work method
Case 1: Production in a company that manufactures machinery:
Non-productive periods of 15-40% in more than 65% of workplaces are cost factors. We help to reduce these. There are moments of ‘dead time’ in production which occupy about 85% of the total, which means that 15% of the total time used for handling (including preparing the machine) and transport occupy a minimal part of the process of creating value.
Case 2: Product development in a company that manufactures machinery
The main costs arise from the engineering design department. We help to reduce production costs in the short term by 60-80 % in acquisition of materials and in direct staff costs (for special and serial machines).
We design and introduce negotiation procedures based on work methods and we ask what is really being done and why it is being done. We improve effectiveness and efficiency so that specific actions are performed and that these are performed well.
